The mission of CAP is to render emergency assistance to our neighbors in need.  Our goal is to minister to people efficiently and effectively, helping in as many ways as possible within our means.  Many times this means coordinating the efforts of several agencies.  Treating people the way we ourselves would want to be treated.....And they will know we are Christians by our love.
