OrderAhead is a new way to get groceries from CAP Conway. The website allows you to create an account and place orders online. You will be able to pick specific things to add to your box, and you'll also be able to pick a time that is more convenient for you. Although the website allows you to click delivery, we do not have the capability for deliveries at this time. You will still need an ID for OrderAhead pickup, but you are able to bypass the drive thru.

When you use OrderAhead, we ask you to please come inside. Please ring the front doorbell and someone will be there to assist you further. ID is needed to pick up your order and you will need to sign for it.

Please keep in mind that the OrderAhead windows open every Friday at midnight. The windows for Tuesday orders close on Monday at 12pm. The windows for Wednesday orders close on Tuesday at 12pm.

1 - Get started

Visit orderahead.org on your computer or mobile device. When prompted, enter your zip code or enable location services to find your nearby pickup locations.

2 - View locations

The map will display pantries and food depositories near you—if pickup times are available, the location will be highlighted in blue.

3 - See details

You can learn more about each location by clicking on “More info”—including specific instructions about picking up food there.

4 - Select time

You can use the calendar and drop down to select a time to pick up your order.

5 - Shop food

You can then shop available items as you would on any shopping platform.

6 - Check out

When ready, you can click the grocery cart in the top right-hand corner to begin the checkout process (click Checkout to continue).

7 - Login or Register

If you already have an account, use your e-mail address and password to login; otherwise click “Sign up” to register.

8 - Creating a new account

Creating a new account, enter your basic contact information. To qualify for OrderAhead, you will need to answer a few questions about your food needs. You will also need to answer all demographic questions in order to proceed to place your order.

9 - Order confirmed

Once you’ve answered all questions, your order is placed. You will arrive at a confirmation page; you will also get an email saying that your order was received.

10 - Get alerts for pick-up

Depending on the messaging preferences you selected during registration, you will receive an email, text, or phone call to tell you your order is ready.
