Churches Assisting People is a faith-based non-profit 501 C-3 organization that has been assisting Horry County residents since 1984.

We believe each person has inherent value, worthy of compassion, respect, and dignity, regardless of their circumstances. We will act with respect toward all.

HISTORY

Churches Assisting People was established in 1984 by local churches in and around the Conway area to coordinate crisis services on their behalf. CAP is now supported by local congregations, businesses, civic groups, individuals, and grants.
